"Early in my career, I watched a young mother reverse diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol, without a single medication through food, movement, and informed decisions. That moment broke something open in me. It revealed something I hadn't fully seen before, that medicine, as brilliant as it is, too often misses the opportunity to truly heal and restore health."
"I have always wanted to practice medicine, not just treat disease, but genuinely restore health. Growing up, I experienced the medical system firsthand as a young patient, and watched my mother navigate it with love but without the clarity and cultural safety she deserved. I saw my father distrust a system that had given him every reason to. Those experiences quietly shaped everything I would later come to understand about medicine, trust, and the body.
Over ten years as a physician assistant, I saw the same pattern repeat: patients leaving visits confused, medications stacking, chronic disease progressing despite management. I was treating numbers, not people. It broke my heart.
RHC was born from that break. It is my answer to a fragmented system, a place where patients are educated, not just prescribed, equipped, not just managed, and restored, not just treated. You don't need more medications. You need someone who will take the time to understand your whole story, and help you write a better one."
